5. Description of the service
Qlynk is a link-shortening service, with QR codes, click statistics and direct opening of apps on a phone. It is used under the Terms of Use, which set out everyone’s rights and duties.
Qlynk strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. It cannot, however, be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or delays in updating, whether they are its own or those of third parties.
6. Technical limits
The Site uses JavaScript for its display and animations. To use it under good conditions, use a recent device free of viruses and an up-to-date browser. Qlynk cannot be held liable for hardware damage related to the use of the Site.
7. Intellectual property
Qlynk holds the intellectual property rights, or the rights of use, in all elements of the Site: texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, code and animations. The royalty-free fonts and icons are credited in the Site’s licenses file.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means, is prohibited without Qlynk’s prior written permission. The content that links created by members point to belongs to its authors.
8. Limitation of liability
Qlynk cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Site, whether it results from unsuitable equipment, a bug or an incompatibility. It does not control the sites that links created by its members point to and is not responsible for them.
9. Personal data
Qlynk processes your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978. Qlynk uses no advertising trackers. The audience of the site’s pages is measured with Google Analytics only after your consent, given in the consent banner and changeable through the “Cookie settings” link (see the Privacy Policy).
