1. The seller
Qlynk, published by ClosiQode (Fabien Kost, sole proprietor), sells the Pro plan. The seller is subject to VAT.
- Trade name: ClosiQode
- SIRET: 795 123 561 00032
- Intra-community VAT number: FR45795123561
- Address: 8 rue Charles Michel, 56630 Langonnet (France)
- Contact: through the contact form, or at the details given in the legal notice (available in French).
“You” means the person who orders the Pro plan: a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside their professional activity) or a business.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the Qlynk Pro subscription, an online digital service supplied without a tangible medium: unlimited links, a link ending of your choice, full statistics with no time limit, CSV export, QR code in SVG and in color, link expiration date, UTM parameters, higher API quotas and a reply within 24 business hours. The Free plan is not covered: it is governed only by the Terms of Use, which also apply to the Pro plan for use of the service.
Ordering the Pro plan requires a Qlynk account. These terms are those in force on the date of your order; you can reread them at any time on this page.
3. Prices and VAT
- Monthly subscription: €12 per month, excluding VAT.
- Annual subscription: €120 per year, excluding VAT.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at payment according to your country: the exact amount, tax included, is displayed on the payment page before you pay. A business established in another country of the European Union that provides a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. The price may change; the change applies only to the following period, after prior notice to subscribers, who may then cancel before it takes effect.
4. Order and payment
- In your account area, on the “My plan” page, you choose the monthly or the annual subscription.
- You tick the box by which you request immediate access to the Pro plan, waive your right of withdrawal (see Article 7) and state that you have read these terms. Without this box, the order is not possible.
- You click the “Order with obligation to pay” button and you are redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page, where the price including all taxes is displayed. You can correct your details before paying.
- You pay. The order is concluded, and the subscription starts, when Stripe confirms the payment.
Payment is processed by Stripe, which offers the payment methods displayed on its page (bank card in particular). Qlynk neither sees nor keeps your card number. If the payment fails, the order is not concluded and nothing is charged. An order confirmation email is sent to your account’s address, on a durable medium.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
- Term. The subscription is concluded for one month or one year, as you choose, starting from payment.
- Automatic renewal. At each due date, the subscription renews automatically for an identical period, and the price in force is charged to the saved payment method. The date of the next due date appears on the “My plan” page and in subscription management.
- Cancellation at any time. You cancel online, without giving a reason and at no cost, from “My plan”, using the “Manage my subscription” button (Stripe portal). Cancelling stops the renewal: you keep the Pro plan until the end of the period already paid for, with no further charge.
- No pro rata refund. Unless the law provides otherwise, a period that has begun and been paid for is not refunded if you cancel during the period.
- Payment declined. If a charge fails, we notify you by email and Stripe may retry the payment. If it is not resolved, the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
6. Immediate performance of the service
The Pro plan is a digital service: its features are available as soon as the payment is confirmed, without waiting for the end of any period. This is why the order requires you to expressly request this immediate performance, using the box to tick provided for in Article 4.
7. Right of withdrawal and waiver
If you are a consumer. The French Consumer Code provides, in principle, a withdrawal period of 14 days for a distance purchase. It does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 13°).
By ticking the box before payment, you request immediate access to the Pro plan and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. You acknowledge that, since the service is supplied as soon as the payment is confirmed, you will no longer be able to withdraw. The date and time of this request, the version of these terms and your account are recorded, and recalled in the confirmation email. This waiver does not deprive you of the possibility of cancelling the subscription at any time for the future (Article 5), nor of your legal rights, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services.
If you are a business. You have no right of withdrawal for this purchase. If a legal provision, in particular Article L221-3 of the Consumer Code, granted you one in your situation, the waiver in the box to tick would take effect within the limits permitted by law.
8. Invoice
An invoice is issued for each payment, with the VAT itemized. Stripe sends it to you and it remains downloadable in “Manage my subscription”. For an invoice in your company’s name, enter your company name, address and VAT number on the payment page, before paying.
9. End of the subscription
When the Pro subscription ends (a cancellation that has reached its term, or an unresolved payment), the account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. For 7 days, all your links keep working. After that period, only 10 links remain active: the ones you have chosen, otherwise the most recently used. The others are paused, not deleted, and are reactivated automatically if you return to Pro.
Before that period ends, you can also delete the links you no longer need or export your data from your account area (CSV export is part of the Pro plan).
10. Liability
The seller undertakes to provide the service described in Article 2 with the care of a diligent provider, without promising uninterrupted availability (see the Terms of Use). Links point to third-party sites whose content the seller does not control.
If you are a business, the seller’s liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid for the Pro plan over the last 12 months, excluding indirect damages (for example loss of revenue, audience or data). These limits do not apply if you are a consumer, nor in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, and do not remove any right that the law gives you.
11. Personal data
For the order, we process your email address, your account identifier, the date of your order, the version of the terms accepted and your waiver of the right of withdrawal, in order to conclude and perform the contract and to keep proof of it. Stripe processes payment and billing data on its own behalf and on ours. The details of the data processed, how long it is kept and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.
12. Consumer mediation
If you are a consumer and have not managed to settle a dispute directly with us, first write to us through the contact form or by post: we reply as soon as possible. Failing an agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the seller belongs. Mediation is conducted in French.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the court of your choice under the conditions provided by law. If you are a business, the competent French courts have jurisdiction failing an amicable agreement.
