Wish link: open a product directly in the Wish app

Qlynk recognizes wish.com product addresses and prepares them to open in the Wish app. The availability of Wish and its deliveries varies by country: check this for your audience before sharing.

Why does a Wish link open in the browser?

A Wish product page opened from a messaging app appears in the browser, far from the app where the buyer tracks their orders. Qlynk recognizes wish.com/product/ addresses and prepares them to open in the app. Wish is a service best known in the United States, and we have not verified its current state in every country.

How to do it with Qlynk

  1. Copy the product address from Wish (it contains /product/).
  2. Paste it into Qlynk. With Pro, choose the end of the link.
  3. Share it with an audience for whom the service is available.

On iPhone, Qlynk sends the original Wish address: iOS opens the app if it’s installed, with no error message. On Android, the link opens the app, or the web page if the app isn’t installed. On a computer, the page opens as usual.

When is it useful?

  • Sharing a product with a buyer who already has the app
  • Putting an item in an annotated list of ideas
  • Making a QR code to a product for an audience abroad
  • Tracking the interest a product gets when featured in a press roundup

Which Wish links open the app?
